Hi, Jillster. Yes, Photoshop is definitely a big factor in each of those pics. They were all polished for a presentation on a photographers' critique site. "Focused" started off as a snapshot of a another photographer at the beach, but the background was much too bright, so I "extracted" her, and placed her in an artificial one. "Chorus" is a macro of a flower, and I used one of Photoshop's dry brush filter to get the effect you see. Seems like magic until you get into it, just like covered calls, but as our pal Murrey will testify, it's just standard hobbyist stuff.
