Computers could be trained to translate (your) particular spelling preferences into a standard format. The way the software environment is such a program is unlikely unless Microsoft thinks it is in their best interest to provide it.

There is a certain cachet to being able to spell inscrutable words. Maybe that's why English is so ubiquitous.
