As a lawyer, would you say that Bush already knows he has a case (based upon classified information, quite likely) and prefers to hold back making his case until all the other logistics are in place?? That is my opinion.

You put it so well, Hawk! It has been my thought as well~ as a matter of fact we were talking about just that a couple of nights ago here... Bush and his Cabinet are much too experienced and smart for it to be anything else.... August is a dull month for news....So the media has been hyping it to sell papers and advertising... all the while, we are getting the "logistics" together.... Remember Mr. Rumsfeld saying this War would be like no other...some open, some behind the scenes.... and also remember what President Bush said to his Cabinet September 12, 2001..... He and they, as well as most of the rest of the Americans ~~WILL NEVER FORGET!
