Also, NXP is so thinly traded that a market order moves it a lot--or can, as I found out on my first order. I was very surprised to find that my rather low limit order had been filled soon after the open.

I guess anyone who got in at $11.50 or lower also has decent capital gains and may fear being carried back to those levels by rising interest rates.
