No, we don't have to talk to Saddam any more, nor after he is defeated, ever again. We are talking to opposition leaders, and they want us to liberate Iraq.

There is ZERO dialogue now.

That was Saddam's choice, not ours.

Just a search for a cause to justify the decision already made.

What you mean is that you don't understand the justification. I think you haven't really been paying attention, or maybe you just discount what you have read unless it comes from a source you feel comfortable with.

As far as I can see the only decision which has been made is that something needs to be done about Saddam. And that seems to be agreed by the majority on both sides of the aisle....
