US Dollar rally takes out major resistance levels;

FX PM Outlook: (Aug 22, 2002 17:30 CET) - The US dollar was higher in the wake
of firmer stock market and came after the call of Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, the
world's 11th richest man, to fellow Saudis to remain invested in U.S. markets amid
speculation they have pulled billions on concern the assets will be frozen. The greenback
rally speeded up after significant resistance levels were taken out, triggering stoplosses
orders along the way. With resistance levels gone, we have to scale up some of the US
dollar targets we have set in the past few days.
