Yeah, and then he was beat in the election. It left President Clinton with Somalia and Hussein as open campaigns. President Clinton had two campaigns to prove he was a capable leader. Of course, he was briefed on that just prior to taking office.

the troops were original sent on a HUMANITARIAN effort. They did not have the support to do what Clintons team pulled.
