I too am listening carefully to Bob. I doubt that we will see him call at a return to the recent lows. If he calls it right, it will be at the start of a cyclical bull. Do you really think we are there? I don't see signs that the economy is turning around yet. In fact, we might be heading for a double dip. The debt is increasing over when the recession started; money is quickly leaving the country and recently accelerated with the Saudis no long viewing the US as a safe investment give the recent huge lawsuit; no economic number seems to be getting better.

Bob has consistently focused on valuation, both before the bear and during it. Last weekend, he talked about the range of PE levels during the change to cyclical bulls in the past. In his newsletter he has talked about expected earnings. Do the math!!
