William,
The old head of sales & marketing (field operations) - Clive Harrison has returned after a hiatus of a little more than a year. He is replacing a guy who was president of SAP Americas before INFA I believe by the name of Kyle Bowker.

I agree that it doesn't seem so bad and think it is simply a sales restructuring but it has me and the market skittish.

I have traded INFA like a pro for a couple years and would love to go huge at this level (they have $2.91 in cash, breakeven, less than 1.7x sales and they are the gorilla in data warehousing) but I am hesitant without clearing up the reasons for the moves. BTW, I used to work in the data warehousing field.

Any additional info I can get would be helpful.

Thanks
