Briefing: 13:48 ET Market dips amid rumor of explosion in NYC -- no confirmation : However, we are hearing from a source that the commotion is probably related to a fire in the general vicinity (3rd and Lexington) that is now nearly under control. The Dow pulled back approx. 40 pts over a 5 minute period as this rumor circulated.
