I believe the figure of $500,000 was mentioned by Farrakhan. Does that figure refer to the proposed reparations that would be payable to each and every member of the proposed reparations class?! If so, it's obvious that he, and they, are not simply looking for 'reparations.' They're seeking to create a new upper class in one fell swoop, and will justify it (speciously, in my opinion) by saying that such is their right having been "held back" for so long. LP.
