If the particles are here, we are seeing them. If you want to believe you are not seeing them, you are free to believe that, but what you believe makes no logical sense at all to me, at least not on this point.

My guess is you are not a meteorologist, do not keep up on meteorology, and probably can't even say "Some of my best friends are meteorologists..." Not that that would matter if you were right, but I don't think you are. The data is against you. When you look up at the lovely brown haze on the horizon, some of what you are looking at is Made in China, even if no body bothered to stamp the point of origin on each particulate- if you want to pick on Cosmic and his theories better to pick one of the really flakey ones- and believe me, there are some. Don't get the man going on unism. (Just joking, Cos baby)
