Just applying what he learned in the private sector to his government service. On a positive note, however, he's doing all this during his monthlong vacation. Oh, we here in OR intend to dump Smith.

Bwahahaha, No one, ABSOLUTLY NO ONE did this more than Clinton. He didn't go to the john unless there was fundraiser or associated BJ. Not to mention Mrs. Clinton illegally using government transportation for her NY campaign.
