Bush holds the new one-year record for all time largest campaign fund raising.

As with Clinton - although there was PLENTY of stuff he did that I opposed - the main thing he got right was paying down on federal debt... which lowered long term interest rates... which stimulated the economy out of the recession he inherited from Bush 41... and went on to produce more new jobs then at any 8 year span of time since WWII ended.

Bush 43 is in a similar position as Clinton was when coming into office (both inherited a recession from the predecessor, both were elected without a majority of votes).

Now, it's in Bush 43's hands, to do with as he see's fit.

It's on his watch now, and that's what he'll be judged by.
