Wallace Rivers: Thanks for NOVL news alert. Some of these downtrodden stocks seem to be catching fire really quickly in the last couple of days. Many of them are on my watch list. Because they've jumped 5-10% or more in such a short time, I'm reluctant to start positions even though they are, or might be, very good buys right here.
