VNCI Symbol Change PORTSMOUTH, N.H., Aug. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- (OTC: VNWC) Video Network Communications, Inc. (VNCI), today announced that it has been informed by the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) that the OTCBB is adding the letter "E" to VNCI's trading symbol effective September 4, 2002 due to the fact that VNCI is late with its required filings under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act). The OTCBB has further informed VNCI that if it does not become current in its required filings under the Exchange Act within thirty (30) days from today, the listings of VNCI's common stock and warrants will be removed from the OTCBB. VNCI expects to become current in its filings prior to the expiration of the thirty-day period and to thereafter be in a position to make all required filings under the Exchange Act in a timely manner. VNCI is late in making its required filings under the Exchange Act due to its recent restructuring transactions. The new common stock symbol will be VNWCE replacing VNWC, and the new symbol for VNCI warrants will be VNWCWE replacing VNWCW. About Video Network Communications, Inc.
