There's something you don't know all about?

Water is heavier than oil so the oil floats. Oil on troubled waters means if the water is wavy and you pour oil on it the layer of oil will lessen the waves as oil has a higher coefficient of bonding and a higher viscosity that tends to keep the oil from forming waves. I know your reply already, I'm a stupid idiot.
