Yes all that is true. We have meet the enemy and it is us. Either you compete for the fast money or your not going to get to play in the big market. Now you can make a difference if little like myself and invest in in-fill properties. I spent lots of time volunteering for citizen planning opportunities and I 'guak' what is needed to develop in such a climate. "Problem is I'm not alone!)" I work to press the issues. Expand the value without stepping on toes. Speak the correct language and leave a little on the table. I consider myself retired but as Grace pointed out I can not be so. She is correct. I did spend the morning with a planner and making phone calls. But I love it. I should produce two from one and make a win, win all around. Waa-Hoo!
