It was higher earlier. In addition, there is absolutely no way a person can compare real estate with stocks.

I think I'd agree with Mr Greenspan that there isn't likely a housing bubble in general. But in selected cities like Boston, it's definite and its burst is a matter of time.
Perhaps next summer?
