Can you explain in a bit more detail? I don't see how it has much predictive power as it nears the middle of its range here on the weekly SPX and NDX charts. In fact if you look back over the past 2 years it hasn't really been able to get much past the middle of the range since around Oct 2000... which would tell me we are closer to a top than a bottom.
