Among the strongest groups are the so-called sub-prime lenders : ACF, COF, HI and PVN.
I am almost certain the reason for it is short-covering.
No one in their right mind would buy these guys for fundamentals, esp. in these tough economic times.

FWIW, I see HI and COF in teens within the next six months.

Ever tried to interpret those freaking Hoopes Loops? Still don't get 'em, and I've been reading Longwaves for several years now, lol.
