We are sorry for the inconvenience It gives me the option to "send error report" or not send it.< Unfortunately that is normal. Once IE 'must be closed' it closes. Maybe your e-mail friend sent it 5 times? I've dealt with newbies who swore they sent something and never did, then sent it several times. I wouldn't worry. On second thought, even some old timers do that. :) Gottfried
