Sometimes chivalry is silence and other times chivalry is making clear to a person they have spoke or acted well outside the bonds of reasonable behavior or speech.

This is the PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH thread. A cyber house or home with his name. Posting "offensive and thoughtless"(neocon#reply-17904446) about any person is disgusting. But going into someone's home and posting offensive and thoughtless comments about them is beyond the pall.

I don't go to the various threads of cowardly stupid losers posting all manner of trash. But I will speak out here as I have deep respect for a man of honor, honesty and decency, PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH.

And when a person is asked to explain and only silence is the reply, well cowardice is afoot and cowardice is an opposite facet of chivalry

While not always true, I have found that if a woman acts like a lady, men usually will act much more chivalrous towards them.

Karen's incessant bitching about the President is not very lady-like and so many feel no compunction to treat her as one.
