Ok, but notice the two times it got significantly above 50 were back in the bull market. I still believe we are in a bear, so I think those two instances should be discounted. That leaves the other two recent occurrences where it barely got above 50. We could get a 2nd run at some point in the next 2 weeks that could get us to that point, but it may only be a double top or slightly higher. I think at least 75% of the upside move is already done.
