OK, now that couldn't happen either. If sinochem went to the open market and tried to grab 60%, PGO would run away from them in a heartbeat, and by the time the word gets out that it's sinochem buying, PGO would breech 5bucks. It would be a piss poor way of trying to obtain Atlantis, if that was their goal. Then comes the dumping part...when Atlantis is sold for $1 buck the dump will already be underway, and sinochem will be losing more money. So this is an impossible idea.

Unscrupulous groups, however, are a given. Again, they'd really have run up the share price to get controlling interest.

The solution to this mystery is going to be straighforward, like rifinancing or atlantis sale. One step at a time, one step at a time.
