a negative euphemism There is actually a word for this. Mulholland told us what it was a while back. Does anyone remember the word? EDIT: I found it. Dysphemism. It seems I learn something now and then on SI. Now if I could just figure out how to retain what I learn...

Apparently the core principles of lying, libeling, imputing unfounded and fanciful criminal motives to our elected officials connected to the war effort, retailing crackpot conspiracy theories and undermining our government while we are in the midst of a war does not trouble you???
