I wonder if there's a basis for an investor lawsuit here from both camps. If there's proof that Intel orchestrated this deception can they be sued by both Intel and AMD investors? Intel investors may sue Intel because this fiasco may cause them to lose share value in the future. AMD shareholders may sue Intel because the deception definitely changed the consumer's demand for Athlons and caused AMD's share price to decline and them to lose $$$.
