Speaking of providing comments to the judge about Murphy's behavior toward shareholders. I wonder if the judge, or anyone, would believe that Joe called me once and threatened me with physical harm if I didn't quit knocking him in this forum? He let me know that he knew where I lived and that he had "friends" who could easily find me. I assumed they wouldn't be coming to discuss the weather........ ___________________________________________________________________ George, That is a hard to believe story. Hard to believe in the sense that someone with such demonstrated character and backbone would have any genuine friends at all. I hope you and your family weren't upset by such low level threats. Reading back, you were right long ago about this one. Too bad more didn't see as clearly as you. It could have saved a lot of pain for a lot of people. Right does not always win and this is a blatant example. BTW-Nobody from the courts returned my call. Discouraging but not really surprising. Parker
