You make your determination of the war's success in the span of few months. Time will tell how unsuccessful this war was. Rumsfield and his crew are old men.......I'm not convinced they know how to fight in the new millenium. That's funny. Rumsfeld is, I think, the best Secretary of Defense in my lifetime. But what's funny is you saying "time will tell". Hell, the liberals think that any war lasting over a couple of weeks is stretching out a bit too long... Containment worked and has worked for years with such diverse nations as N. Korea, Cuba, China and Russia Yes, and it worked just great in Iraq, until we got that p*ssy Clinton in the White House who had to take a poll before and after every skirmish. We can't count on always having conservatives to contain Iraq.
