yes, Mass2shits #1... but confirmed suspicion on bi-coastal

this is not strictly a "bi-coastal housing bubble"
as Puplava described it
some interesting states to note on last 5 year growth rankings that are interior states

Michigan #12
Colorado #6
Minnesota #5
funny how gorgeous Utah #49 suffers from Mormon wet blanket

New England was almost a clean sweep in the top10
e.g. NH and Rhodey and Maine, but Conn #11, Vermont #19

does real cost of ownership include property taxes, insurance, septic system repair, termite damage, and broken fences?
I dont think so

excellent excellent article worth reading over weekend
I esp liked the ramificernations on conSUMO spending

I recall a fine piece in Barrons back in late May on RE
it pointed to a PRICE/EARNINGS ratio for real estate
defined on aggregate basis as price of properties divided by household income
the last peak was 1987 (which ushered in housing correction)
now the PE ratio is tiny bit higher than 1987 high
get ready to rumble downhill

thanks, Jim
