I would think a 50 to 61.8% retrace of the move from the August bottom would be healthy to burn off the over bought condition. Then again, that is also on the way to a new low (both are lower than now).

move 284 to 364 or 80pts
50% is 40 pts
62% is 50 pts
so target is 314 to 324.. .roughly

IF this is da new bull, then buyers should come out of the woodwork at those levels.

OK RtS - tell me like it really is!<gg> What does a double bottom breakdown really mean. Are we going to have to go through more misery again?

When I look at the SOX price(now at 336 and change), we took a big hit today, but the price is still far from the low set in early August at 282 and change. What happens now? It sounds pretty ominous!<gg>
