The right to lie publicly is most certainly a right, which folks on your thread the RWET exercise frequently. It may not be nice to lie, but you and your friends and even TP have every right to lie, unless you are in a court of law and have sworn not to, or some other legal stricture binds you. I support your right to lie and bend the truth in your direction every bit as much as I support TP's right. As for any national security concerns- ridiculous. The people to worry about are not talking on SI. Of course if you need an obvious target as a panacea for your agitation, he certainly makes one, but it is only a panacea, he is no credible threat to anyone, anymore than you are.
