It is ridiculous that Bob has to be interpreted to the nth degree because he doesn't want to be held accountable for a complete and accurate record. If he isn't precise then he should find another line of work IMO.

This is a numbers biz and he should respect that. Two years after the fact and people are still arguing about what is and what is not part of the model portfolio record? Absurd.

The most telling thing of all is that he put the BJGroup clients in the QQQs even though they were not supposed to be subjected to short term trading. Why should he had a clearer record in the BJGroup than he does in his newsletters?

This waffling stuff is just an excuse for a cover up. It's unacceptable.
