Seems to me thjat the semis are down the food chain. I don't expect them to lead.

Techland is priced for very robust growth at current levels.

Software isn't. The expectations are for maintenance only and no new licenses. Since the remaining software companies had robust business prior to the internet, its unreasonable to assume a complete collapse. Of course psft has practically doubled off his lows and orcl is up 75-80% or so, so I don't know how much more of a run there is here for those two. Every day it seems, another (quality) software name pops from these oversold conditions. This week it was sebl, today tibx.
