A rather interesting week - the Group is down 3 percent, the SOX down 4 percent, and the NASDAQ up 1 percent. Of the 4 semi-equips in the SOX, NVLS was down 8 percent, KLAC was down 6 percent, TER was down 5 percent and AMAT was UP 3 percent. NVLS and KLAC bere big "drags" on the SOX.
