If Bush ( or even the democrat candidate )was really smart he'd make revamping the tax code one of the centerpieces of his campaign. Get the crowd frothing mad by simply telling the truth of the stinking mess. Then clench their vote by promising to fix it.

If some leader doesn't take this on someday, it'll only keep getting worse.
