Living outside of Pac Bell's (SBC) cream of the crop areas leaves me on the "Who Cares" list.

A local newspaper just did a broadband write-up and guess what the independent ISPs had to say about Pac Bell and DSL??? YUP!! The old stonewalling is still going on here.

I have to admit Clinton had a much better leader of the FCC who did a better job for the people. Powel's kid doesn't seem to have a mind of his own.
