I agree its not all black and white; hence the last line of that one:

"Having said that, though, judgements are positional; it depends where you sit--nothing (and no one) is all good, or bad."

The points were made in response to the earlier statement that QCOM mgt plays it too conservative and hence is doomed to mediocrity.
