But it's their secretly controlled front organizations, like BAPCO, that are the clearest example of the lengths to which Intel will go to cheat the computer buying customer. Unfortunately for them, they were caught, and are presently defending themselves against a class action lawsuit that could destroy the company. Remember all the manufacturers of products that used asbestos, that had to declare bankruptcy to avoid liquidation stemming from the class action lawsuits?
