Well, this is so typical. I closed an ES short at 949.75 just before the close yesterday for a loss. I jumped the gun as usual on the reversal, and so of course as soon as I give up, the market moves in the direction I had anticipated.
Went long ES this morning at 944.5 in pre-market and just closed that for an 8 point loss at 936.5.

Had I just held the short....

Ho hum.
