looks like they traded the whole float or the numbers on the info sheet are wrong?.. they give a float of around 7 mill with a total of 17 million out there. the technical director has applied to sell over 4 million. i wonder why

I'd be careful on this one. Check their last 10QSB. This statement...

"The general and administrative expense reflects the impact of the use of Form S-8 stock to compensate needed services by various professionals in the absence of equity funding. "

...scared me away. Do you know what it means? They are using their stock to pay expenses.

Look at the 10QSB they filed May, 2002. General & Admin Expenses were over $1.1 million. Now divide that by the price of their stock and you will see why this company can trade over 9-million shrs/day and not move price more than a penny.

Since they are using Form S-8, don't you think they should have mentioned their expenses in the Aug 02 10QSB, or number of shares outstanding for that matter. Somebody is pulling a fast one, but it ain't me.

These guys appear to be expensing the company from the inside since there is an apparent disregard for holding expenses to previous yearly levels. They could be the poster boy for what is wrong with the stock market today if there were not so many already lined up in front.
