What it does is transfer wealth from shareholders to employees. Therefore the company loss nothing.

If the shareholders are losing shouldn't they bail IN MASS.
If they do bail in mass, the share price will drop.
Doesn't EVERYONE lose.
Option holders, shareholders, the company itself.

Sorry there is no free options lunch.
Options COST.
Period.
End of story and anyone that can not admit that is NUTS.
If it costs it is an expense. Period. End of story.
