what is your prediction for who will win the election? For months it looked certain that Stoiber/Westerwelle would win but as September 22 approaches the gap is narrowing: times of crisis (huge floodings) are an advantage for the incumbent if he doesn't commit mistakes - which Schröder hasn't. Tonight was a premiere of any German election campaign: Schröder and Stoiber faced each other on TV. According to a quick poll Schröder left a better impression.
