Jim B or anyone, can some explain the rationale behind this?: CDAL filed a PRER14A, preliminary proxy statement, announcing the annual meeting of shareholders to vote on, among other things a reverse split of the common stock on a 1 for 1,000 basis immediately following a forward split of the common stock on a 1,000 for 1 basis. The date is still pending.
