CQV-v...in the news: Canadian Imperial Venture 5,273,566 shares for debt Mon 26 Aug 2002 Shares for Debt TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 5,273,566 shares at a deemed price of 25 cents per share to settle outstanding debt for $1,318,391.50. Creditors: 21 The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
