It's not false that they've hidden the fact that they went to Tom first, and that he turned them down. AMD makes it look like they just happened to stumble on this "discovery" over the last couple weeks, but in fact, they've known for months that SysMark 2002 was using different scripts, but they were waiting for a reviewer to spill the beans to make it look more credible.

So it took AMD 4 months to find Van Smith? Interesting theory, should I say diversion. You are doing a very good job of changing the subject from:
"Is Intel committing fraud by misrepresenting their creation BapCo (Intel's PR arm) as an independent testing organization, while it is deliberately deceiving public in order to secure unfair gain."

Into:
"How did AMD inform the world of this Intel deception"
