And just what would be the advantage to whatever country that started or wanted another cold war?

What happened on Sept. 11 was a religious thing still is a religious thing and will remain a religious thing until such time that it is stopped. If you like the sound of " cold war " you could call it a religious cold war cuz that's what it is.
