At some point, each and every service provider (that is interested enough to look), should come away with the knowledge that Qualcomm provides the best suite of technology and applications. That these systems have been developed with backward (and as a necessary consequence) forward compatibility. (oh so important IMO) China Unicom is showing the world that new features/upgrades need not require a forklift upgrade of your entire system. At some point the rest of the world takes notice.
