Well. we'll just have to wait and see there. And my guess is that, should the Bush folk attack in invasion mode, the regional neighbors will wait a bit just to see how serious, how successful, etc. before they climb back on the ship. And if that waiting coincides with problems in the invasion, and my scenario becomes a part of the contours, who knows what they will do or when they will do it.

But I do agree that if the Bush attack is successful and is, as has been argued, no big deal, then the regional others will jump back on the ship.
