Now, Bill, you know he didn't say that. He drew now conclusions about the effects. He only asked, "What will happen WHEN the corrupt co-conspirators assassinate Hussein and seize the oil fields without provocation or justification, and against the wishes of all the rest of the World and all correct-thinking and properly informed Americans for the purpose of directing the output to enrich themselves and their friends?"
